Creativity is part of human nature. Especially now, it’s important to recognize and engage the creative problem-solving capacities that we all innately have. This Zoom session focuses on key attitudes/ Habits of Mind that enable you to tap your creativity more effectively and express it more confidently. In turn, the satisfaction of creating anything new and personally meaningful is known to enhance a sense of overall wellbeing. Building on this synergy between Creativity and Wellbeing, the interactive session features creative strategies that can help us thrive, even in uncertain times. About Diane Rosen: Rosen is a New York-based artist and educator. She studied painting at l’Ecole des Beaux Arts in Paris and the Art Students League in New York, and received a Master’s degree in Education from Columbia University. Her award-winning artwork is exhibited widely, and has been featured in publications such as American Artist, The Pastel Journal, and the Best of Pastel. She has taught art from secondary to college levels, and frequently presents workshops on the creative process.
