Kingston Experimental Theater Company presents “Infernal Dreams “ Monday, October 1, 2018 and Monday, October 8, 2018 at 7 PM at Green Kill. Tickets are $10 at the door or they can be reserved on eventbrite.com: October 1 or October 9.  Seats are limited to 25.  Please reserve tickets or arrive early to be assured of a seat.

About “Infernal Dreams”
“Infernal dreams” is the first production of the newly-formed KETC (“Kingston Experimental Theatre Company”) founded at Green Kill in Kingston, New York. It is a short play based on the work of Dante’s The Inferno, from The Divine Comedy, 1320.
Director Nathan Young and company have fashioned the script from Longfellow’s translation of Dante, highlighting various characters throughout the poem. Join Dante on his trip to the underworld, explored in song and movement by the ensemble of demons, animals and damned souls.

About “Party with the Painted Princess”
The stop-motion and animated film, “The Painted Princess” is recast as a performance in costumes and wigs featuring, Bill Gordy (resident of Hudson) as the Painter, Ariane Mertz as the Wild-Boy, Alexandra Clack (Spring Cleaning) as the Princess and Pooh Kaye as the filmmaker and the Cubist Dog. In addition Bill Gordy who was the ‘negative cutter” for both Inside the House of “Floating Paper” and “The Painted Princess” will demonstrate the art of negative cutting on out-takes from “The Painted Princess” which he will then project on his 16 millimeter projector.
